Founded in the historic heart of Charleston, South Carolina, MoreBuildCo. took shape in 2008 under the seasoned hands of third-generation craftsman and accomplished creator, Juanes Moreno. Drawing upon his father's legacy as a nationally celebrated architect, Juanes renovated his own family home, marking the inception of a highly-regarded enterprise. With years of invaluable experience gained from working alongside the southeast's finest builders, Juanes and his team began breathing new life into the cherished, traditional buildings of Charleston, while adding their signature touch of modern. 

In 2018, the family and business moved to Roswell, Georgia. This transition saw the company continue to thrive and expand, maintaining its signature blend of tradition and innovation.
